Mindi is a dedicated attorney based in Montrose, Colorado, specializing in estate planning, probate administration and litigation, property disputes, real estate transactions, contractual disputes, complex business transactions and guidance.


With over two decades of experience, she has built a reputation for her expertise in navigating through her clients' most complex legal needs.

Mindi is known for her collaborative approach to the practice of law, working closely with her clients, and local stakeholders, to drive impactful legal solutions. She has successfully represented numerous clients in litigation and negotiations. In 2024, Mindi became a certified mediator with Colorado Bar Association. She has started offering

mediation services through a branch of Conerly & Callahan known as Clear Outcomes, while continuing her civil law practice which she has successfully operated since 2006.


Outside of her legal practice, Mindi is passionate about travelling. She has experienced many areas and cultures of the world, always bringing back to our firm the joys of those travels.

Ryan F. Callahan, Esq.

Ryan is a civil practitioner based in Montrose, Colorado, specializing in property disputes and litigation, land use, real estate transactions, landlord/tenant law, business and contractual transactions, construction defect actions, and complex estate litigation.


With over 15 years of experience, Ryan is committed to advocating for his clients' interests and ensuring that their goals are met with efficiency and care.


After earning his Juris Doctor from Albany Law School at Union University, in Albany, New York, Ryan moved to Montrose to begin his career as Mindi's first legal associate with Overholser & Conerly, where he honed his skills in transactional law, litigation, and landlord/tenant law. In 2011, Ryan partnered with Mindi, creating Conerly &

Callahan, the law firm that they have cultivated with pride ever since.


Ryan is known for his compassionate approach, taking the time to understand each client's unique situation and guiding them through the legal process with care and expertise. He is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and actively participates in community outreach programs that provide legal assistance to underserved populations.


In addition to his legal practice, Ryan enjoys taking advantage of the Colorado backcountry and spending time with his family. Ryan believes in maintaining a balanced life, but also finds that attorneys play a major role by lessening the stresses and burdens that their clients feel as they navigate their legal needs.
